Key Shop
The WWU Key Shop exists to facilitate and manage access to buildings on the Walla Walla University campus. For questions concerning your in-process key orders, please contact the Facility Services front office at 2925.
Key/prox card requests must be filled out online; do not submit your key request in any other form.
For lock repair or lock maintenance, do not contact the Key Shop. Use the Service Request/Work Order Form provided by Facility Services. Key requests are typically filled in 2-3 business days; please allow enough time to pass before checking on the status of your order. The person who will be carrying the keys must bring a picture ID and will need to pick up their keys in person.
